A: The frequency can vary based on personal and/or insurance needs. We recommend weekly to bi-weekly inspections to maintain optimal safety and compliance with certain insurance requirements. Some insurance policies require more frequent checks.
A: Our team is on standby 24/7 to address any urgent matters that may arise.
A: Depending on the sizing of your home, we have flat rates starting as low as $75/visit for properties under 2000 sq/ft. We provided a FREE detailed quote that is tailored specifically to your home and specific requirements.
A: Oakie is not a security company. Our regular reports contribute to the safety of your home, by identifying any unusual activity or damage.
A: Yes. We offer post-storm inspections to give you peace of mind at a reduced rate.
A: Absolutely. We can accommodate for additional visits upon request or if prompted by neighbor observations.
A: Any identified problems will be immediately communicated to you, in addition to being included on your report. We can coordinate diectly with your trusted vendor and/or provide you with our reputable vendors from our network.
A: We have an extensive network of vetted contractors, who support various service needs. We would be happy to coordinate everything for you.
A: Reporting is emailed to our customers within 24hrs of the inspection, while urgent matters are communicated directly to you via phone.
A: Payments can be made via invoice through our secure portal or via other options to provide convenience to you i.e. Venmo, card payment, etc.
A: We serve all of the Southern UT region; with plans to expand into Northern UT, Idaho, Nevada, and Arizona.
